The franchise, which has been running for over 42 years, is back with more power to find a new ambassador for a petite Puerto Rican woman.
The Miss Puerto Rico Petite pageant is back with more power in its new era and is looking for a new petite beauty for the 2023 edition.
The beauty event, which has been celebrating petite women in Puerto Rico for over 42 years, is looking for girls who have the potential to represent the island at Miss Petite International, the most important international pageant for petite girls.
In the last two editions of Miss Petite International, Puerto Rico managed to reach the top positions, with the crown of Yannina Ruiz in 2021 and Virreina’s position with Amanda Ramos in the last edition. Now, Amanda Ramos points to other areas of her career that she’s ending her reign to take on new challenges.
“I am extremely grateful for the opportunity that Tiara Media Inc. provided to me through the Miss Puerto Rico Petite event. I left with an unforgettable personal and professional experience gained during the training process. It is an honor for me to belong to this great company and to represent Puerto Rico in an international competition where we have been able to successfully position ourselves,” said Ramos.
“This pageant was created with the goal of providing the best experience for girls 5’6” or under in Puerto Rico, and we feel very honored to be able to continue working to ensure that our candidates and queens receive the best tools and knowledge they need to be able to achieve success in the world of beauty and entertainment. This year is sure to be an unforgettable experience for each of the girls participating,” said Carlos Montaner, President of Miss Puerto Rico Petite.
After more than 42 years since its inception, Miss Puerto Rico Petite continues its mission to ensure that all petite girls have a realistic opportunity to win the national pageant and represent Puerto Rico with all the tools to not only shine, but win.
